Kick Off Meeting

Our first step in any project is to correctly identify the problem we need to solve. We work with you to define the scope of our project, identify the services you need, and list deliverables that you will expect.

Stakeholder Interviews

To ensure we solve the right problem, we conduct qualitative research into your needs, and -most importantly- the needs of your customers. We also investigate the domain and any technical issues. Finally, we summarize our findings in a problem statement identifying the phases and tasks we will undertake.

Phase Tasks

We organize our engagement projects into phases with identifiable goals and deliverables. These phases can be customized to the specific needs of your engagement. In each phase, we document and keep in constant contact with you through calls and emails, and working sessions.

Delivery

While your product development team builds your product, we remain available for support as needed.

Post Mortem

Like our customers, we strive to deliver better products. At the end of each engagement we will conduct a post mortem to identify what worked and what didn't, gather your feedback, and identify how we can best serve you in the future. With our help you can establish a clear and repeatable product definition process.
